What determines your price

We do not publish a full rate card, because a workforce data contract is a set of choices, not a shelf item. Six variables move the number. Here is exactly what each one does, so you can size your budget before you talk to anyone.

  1. 01

    Volume

How many companies, how many markets and geographies, and how many rows leave the pipeline each cycle. A focused scope on 200 companies or three markets prices very differently from global coverage.

    Higher price:
    Global coverage, full industries
    Lower price:
A focused company or market set
  2. 02

    Granularity

Aggregated company-level metrics, role and skill level breakdowns, or individual-level records. Each step down carries more processing, more validation and more contractual obligation.

    Higher price:
    Individual-level records
    Lower price:
    Aggregated company-level metrics
  3. 03

    Recency

Monthly, weekly or daily refresh, plus how far back the history goes. Faster refresh costs more because the pipeline runs more often and the delivery volume grows.

    Higher price:
    Daily refresh, history to 2007
    Lower price:
    Monthly refresh, recent history
  4. 04

    Database types

Workforce Dynamics, Individual-Level Data, Job Postings, Sentiment, Transitions, Layoffs and AI Exposure are priced separately, so you never pay for a database you do not use.

    Higher price:
    Several databases plus enrichment layers
    Lower price:
    One database, base layer only
  5. 05

    Team size

How many people need access, and whether they build and export custom datasets or only read them. On API and MCP this is the number of users behind the key.

    Higher price:
    Large teams building and exporting
    Lower price:
    A small read-only team
  6. 06

    Access model

A Terminal seat, a delivered Data feed, an API integration and an MCP server are four different cost structures. Seats are the lowest entry point; feeds and programmatic access carry infrastructure cost and price accordingly.

    Higher price:
    Data feeds, API and MCP
    Lower price:
    Terminal seats

Credit and seat based pricing models tend to look cheaper initially, but gets expensive to make the data useful. We design our pricing models intentionally to fit our clients' most common use cases and business needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your questions about Revelio Labs, answered

Revelio Labs pricing depends on how you reach the data. Revelio Terminal starts at $1,250 per month. Data, API, MCP and research engagements are quoted on volume, granularity, recency and which databases you need. Most conversations start with a scoping call and a written quote.

Because a workforce data agreement is a set of choices, not a shelf item. The same database priced for one market at monthly recency and for global coverage at daily recency are different products with different infrastructure costs. Publishing one number would be wrong for almost every buyer. We publish the drivers instead.

Company-level metrics are aggregated and validated once. Role and skill level breakdowns and individual-level records carry more processing, more validation and more contractual obligation, so each step down in granularity moves the price up. You can mix granularities across databases.

MCP is priced on seats and monthly usage allowance, and bundles with API access when you need both. Your agents query the same databases your contract already covers, at the same granularity. MCP does not widen your scope.

No. Revelio Labs does not use per-record, per-profile or credit-based pricing. Within your contracted scope, queries, records and data refreshes are unlimited. Your annual cost is fixed at signature and only changes if you choose to expand scope.

Revelio Terminal uses an annual commitment. Data, API and MCP are annual agreements. If you need a smaller commitment, project data pulls are one-time, flat-fee requests covering up to 12 companies with no subscription required.

Yes. Project data pulls are one-time purchases covering up to 12 companies, delivered as a finished file. They cover workforce dynamics, individual-level data, job postings, transitions, sentiment and layoffs. Existing Revelio clients receive preferred rates on project pulls.

A Terminal seat includes workforce composition across 33.8M companies in 195 countries with history to 2007, standardized taxonomies of 15,000 occupation clusters and 33,500 skills, salary benchmarks, sentiment, hiring and attrition metrics, talent search across roughly 2 billion career profiles, and the Company Screener.

Revelio Labs works extensively with universities and research institutions. Academic teams most often start with a project-based data pull scoped to a specific research question rather than a full subscription. Contact us with your research question and institution and we will scope it.

Revelio Labs data is available through AWS Marketplace, which lets many teams buy against existing cloud commitments. Standard purchase orders, procurement portals and security reviews are all supported.

Most scoped quotes are returned within a few business days of a 20 minute scoping call. You do not need to sit through a product demo first. If you already know the databases and recency you need, request the quote directly.

Nothing is charged automatically. Revelio Labs does not require a credit card for the free trial, so the trial simply expires. If you want to continue, we will scope a Terminal seat block or a data agreement that fits your team.
